PIGT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,597 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGS, POFUT1, and RALGAPA2. Each is linked with PIGT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGT-to-partner and partner-to-PIGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGT versus PIGS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
