Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGT protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APMAP, PIGS, and GPAA1. Each is linked with PIGT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGT-to-partner and partner-to-PIGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGT versus APMAP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
