Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-128P, HMOX1, and CENPT. Each is linked with PIGT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGT-to-partner and partner-to-PIGT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-128P grouped by PIGT-low versus PIGT-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
