Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with PIGT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGT-to-partner and partner-to-PIGT results are reported.
