Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,554 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Attachment of GPI anchor to protein, Membrane protein ectodomain proteolysis, and Carbohydrate derivative catabolic process. Each is linked with PIGT in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGT-to-partner and partner-to-PIGT results are reported.
