PIGT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC39A12, TOMM22, and RAB3A. Each is linked with PIGT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGT-to-partner and partner-to-PIGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC39A12 grouped by PIGT-low versus PIGT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
