Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-149P, KRT8P2, and MIR212. Each is linked with PIGP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGP-to-partner and partner-to-PIGP results are reported.
