Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGD6, NME5, and ICAM2. Each is linked with PIGH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGH-to-partner and partner-to-PIGH results are reported.
