Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02379, PRSS53, and OTOP1. Each is linked with PIGH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGH-to-partner and partner-to-PIGH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02379 grouped by PIGH-low versus PIGH-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
