The most reproducible PIGH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein farnesylation, Regulation of translational fidelity, and Aminoacyl-tRNA metabolism involved in translational fidelity. Each is linked with PIGH in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGH-to-partner and partner-to-PIGH results are reported.
