PIGC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, TIPRL, and RPRD2. Each is linked with PIGC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGC-to-partner and partner-to-PIGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGC versus CDC73 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
