Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,655 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are YARS1, TRIB3, and TGM5. Each is linked with PIGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGC-to-partner and partner-to-PIGC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGC versus YARS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
