Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,234 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPS2, PIR, and MEN1_S492. Each is linked with PIGA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGA-to-partner and partner-to-PIGA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGA versus PRPS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
