PIFO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIFO RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,932 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIFO-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP91, CFAP206, and TTC30A. Each is linked with PIFO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIFO-to-partner and partner-to-PIFO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIFO versus CFAP91 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIFO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIFO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
