PIEZO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIEZO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIEZO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAE, LDHA, and HARS2. Each is linked with PIEZO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIEZO1-to-partner and partner-to-PIEZO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAE grouped by PIEZO1-low versus PIEZO1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIEZO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIEZO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
