PIDD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIDD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, NAP1L4, and RPA1. Each is linked with PIDD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIDD1-to-partner and partner-to-PIDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIDD1 versus RRM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
