PIDD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-33P, MTHFD1, and MLX. Each is linked with PIDD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIDD1-to-partner and partner-to-PIDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-33P grouped by PIDD1-low versus PIDD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
