Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,086 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIDD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Cellular detoxification of methylglyoxal, and Response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with PIDD1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIDD1-to-partner and partner-to-PIDD1 results are reported.
