PICK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PICK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,521 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GGA1, POLDIP3, and CCDC134. Each is linked with PICK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICK1-to-partner and partner-to-PICK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PICK1 versus GGA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
