Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PICK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,268 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PICK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICA1, ARFGEF3, and MLPH. Each is linked with PICK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICK1-to-partner and partner-to-PICK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PICK1 versus ICA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
