PICK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PICK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, Ku80, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with PICK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICK1-to-partner and partner-to-PICK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by PICK1-low versus PICK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
