Across TCGA cell cohorts, PICK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,785 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PICK1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICK1-to-partner and partner-to-PICK1 results are reported.
