PIAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,292 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIAS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIK3R4_S853, PLCL2_S1113, and DOCK2_S1706. Each is linked with PIAS3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS3-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIAS3 versus PIK3R4_S853 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
