Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOD2, IL15, and KRTAP5-1. Each is linked with PIAS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS3-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS3 results are reported.
