Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, RNA5SP411, and RNA5SP192. Each is linked with PIAS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS3-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by PIAS3-low versus PIAS3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
