Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,498 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIAS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein sumoylation, Golgi vesicle transport, and Negative regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with PIAS3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS3-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS3 results are reported.
