Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFXAP, CTDSPL2, and WRN. Each is linked with PIAS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS2-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFXAP grouped by PIAS2-low versus PIAS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
