Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PIAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS2-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PIAS2-low versus PIAS2-high in UCEC.
