PI4KAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI4KAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,896 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI4KAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF2, MORC2, and RANBP1. Each is linked with PI4KAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI4KAP2 versus PHF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
