Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PI4K2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PI4K2B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PI4K2B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PI4K2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where PI4K2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
