The most reproducible PI4K2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Purine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PI4K2B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4K2B-to-partner and partner-to-PI4K2B results are reported.
