PI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,485 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCN2, S100A9, and CSTA. Each is linked with PI3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI3-to-partner and partner-to-PI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI3 versus LCN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
