PI3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,180 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A8, S100A9, and PERP. Each is linked with PI3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI3-to-partner and partner-to-PI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI3 versus S100A8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
