PI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP250, LINC01017, and IGKV2-18. Each is linked with PI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI3-to-partner and partner-to-PI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP250 grouped by PI3-low versus PI3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
