PI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Platelets, DC, and B-cells. Each is linked with PI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI3-to-partner and partner-to-PI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Platelets grouped by PI3-low versus PI3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
