Across TCGA cell cohorts, PI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,971 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, lectin pathway, Copulation, and Viral process. Each is linked with PI3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI3-to-partner and partner-to-PI3 results are reported.
