PI16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,065 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGN, SORBS1, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with PI16 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI16-to-partner and partner-to-PI16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI16 versus OGN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
