Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PI16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, MLX, and STAG3L4. Each is linked with PI16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI16-to-partner and partner-to-PI16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by PI16-low versus PI16-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
