Across TCGA cell cohorts, PI16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Viral process. Each is linked with PI16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI16-to-partner and partner-to-PI16 results are reported.
