PI15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,413 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, P3H3, and C1R. Each is linked with PI15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI15-to-partner and partner-to-PI15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI15 versus SULF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
