Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PI15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN1B, CSMD2, and LOXL2. Each is linked with PI15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI15-to-partner and partner-to-PI15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PI15 versus SCN1B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
