PI15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PI15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PI15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with PI15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI15-to-partner and partner-to-PI15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PI15-low versus PI15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
