Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHYKPL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PHYKPL data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PHYKPL Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHYKPL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where PHYKPL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
