PHYKPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYKPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,157 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYKPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1191, RUFY1, and RFX5. Each is linked with PHYKPL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYKPL-to-partner and partner-to-PHYKPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYKPL versus KIAA1191 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYKPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYKPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
