PHYKPL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYKPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYKPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, PBK, and DBF4. Each is linked with PHYKPL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYKPL-to-partner and partner-to-PHYKPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYKPL versus CBX7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYKPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYKPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
