PHYKPL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYKPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYKPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1214P, OR5I1, and OFD1P5Y. Each is linked with PHYKPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYKPL-to-partner and partner-to-PHYKPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1214P grouped by PHYKPL-low versus PHYKPL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYKPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYKPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
