PHYHIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYHIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYHIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO, CRMP1, and EIF2S2. Each is linked with PHYHIP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHYHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYHIP versus SYNPO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
