Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHYHIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,600 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYHIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Adrenal gland development. Each is linked with PHYHIP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHYHIP results are reported.
