PHYHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,911 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHYHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BDH2, YBX1_S165, and NCL_S67. Each is linked with PHYHD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PHYHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYHD1 versus BDH2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
