Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHYHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,187 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHYHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf89, C7, and CLU. Each is linked with PHYHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHYHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PHYHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHYHD1 versus C16orf89 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHYHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHYHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
